Unsyiah Press Creativity Products Start to be Marketed at Market Place

Unsyiah Press as a business unit of the Syiah Kuala University Public Service Agency tries to develop a market place, called Commersyiana, located at https://unsyiahpress.unsyiah.ac.id/commersyiana. Head of Unsyiah Press, Taufiq A. Gani, said that this market place aims to accommodate the results of the creativity and innovation of Unsyiah civitas and its stakeholders. (Banda Aceh, 4/27/2020).

Taufiq explained, since early April 2020 Unsyiah Press had joined the existing national market place, which is Tokopedia at https://www.tokopedia.com/unsyiahpress and Shopee at https: //www/shopee/co.id/ unsyiahpress.

"This development is carried out jointly by Unsyiah Press and all staff, student volunteers and the support of Syiah Kuala University Leaders," he said.

Taufiq also revealed, to welcome Idul Fitri Unsyiah Press established cooperation with the Sigli Penitentiary (LP). This collaboration aims to help the marketing of Eid cookies produced by mothers who are undergoing coaching in the LP, namely by utilizing this market place.

"Ordering at Tokopedia follows the standards that already apply in the market place. In Commersyiana too, buyers make orders through the address above, choosing the online payment method and delivery (shipping) provided, "he explained.

Regarding payments, Taufiq said, Commersyiana does not accept cash payments. This has become a permanent policy at Unsyiah Press so that payments can only be made in cash and online.

To facilitate service, Commersyiana is now integrated with payment gateways provided by Xendit, one of the pioneers of a licensed and trusted Fintech company in Indonesia.

Where payments can be made via the internet and mobile banking provided by Bank BNI, Mandiri, Permata. In addition, it can also be done online through Visa and Master Credit Cards, Alfamart Group stores. As for e-Wallet OVO, DANA and LinkAja will be implemented early this May 2020.
